Guidelines for participation in online meetings to ensure that all participants are aware of the Redbridge Youth Service commitment to safeguarding their welfare and their role in looking after themselves and others.
• I must not share the meeting ID or password with other people. Only Youth Service workers can send out meeting IDs and passwords.
• No part of the meeting is to be recorded by anyone.
• I will ensure that I have a neutral background to avoid identification.
• During the meeting I understand that private communication is not permitted between participants, and contact details should not be asked for or shared.
• All participants must wear appropriate clothing.
• I understand that I should not swear, use inappropriate or offensive language.
• Members of staff will identify themselves at the beginning of the meetings and at least two will be present throughout.
• One-to-one meetings can be arranged by phone or email, after the group meeting if necessary.
