Please fill this form if you intend to visit the site in a van, or to carry large amounts of restricted waste (e.g. rubble, soil, fences, hardcore, wood) materials. Within two working days you will receive an email to confirm your access to the tip. Make sure you present your Driving Licence or Council Tax bill as proof of Redbridge address at the centre. No other form of ID will be accepted.

Smaller vans, up to 3.5t maximum permissible mass (this can be found on the vehicle’s V5 logbook which residents should bring with them if there is any doubt), can use any of the sites. Larger vans over 3.5t MPM can only use Jenkins Lane. Luton vans, tail lifts, flat beds and tippers are not permitted at any site at this time.

You may not use this application for permission to tip your waste using a “Man with a Van” hire arrangement or if you are intending to accompany your builder to the site. In both cases your waste is classified as commercial waste and therefore will need to be disposed of by other means such as skip hire or payment on tipped weight at Jenkins Lane Re-Use and Recycling Centre.
