    Signatory form

You will need the Signatory form (PDF 71.6KB) to submit your application form.

We want to ensure most people are happy with this event, so if there are any objections you should let us know. We may be able to help you resolve these. It is worth remembering that not everyone may be able to participate so let everyone know what time the party will start and end (you may want to finish by 9:00pm to minimise noise).

    What happens after my submission?

We will look at what you are proposing, process your application for road closure and let you know if there is anything else you need to consider.

    Limitations

Redbridge Council will not be able to provide any assistance with barriers, road cones, power supplies or other practical matters.

    Insurances

We recommend that you look at the Streets Alive website to assess whether you should take out Public Liability Insurance for your event. The Council does not require this as a matter of course but if you plan a large scale event, we may want to satisfy ourselves that you have insurance cover.

    Costs

The Council will fund the costs of whatever legal Traffic Order may be required. Should an order be needed to cover the closure of your road then you will be sent a notice to fix to lamp posts to advise other local people. There will be no charge for this.
