Mental Health First Aid Courses

  • The last year has shown to us all that maintaining good mental health is vital for us all to be able to function productively in and outside of work.

    The London Borough of Redbridge Public Health Team recognise the vital role your role your organisation plays in supporting Redbridge residents and we would like to offer you a package of Mental Health First Aid training for your employees.

    The Package includes spaces on the internationally recognised Mental Health First Aid course, as well as a digital training programme designed to help managers support employees and recognise signs of poor mental health.
