London Borough of Redbridge will not be providing this transport. Expedition drop-off time - if young people arrive more than 15 minutes late, they may not be able to take part in expedition. The cost of the expedition will not be refunded. Expedition pick-up time - if parent/carer is more than 15 minutes late, they will be charged at a rate of £20 per 30 minutes to cover the cost of staff staying to ensure safety and care to the young person. If parent/carer is 1 hour late, LBR Youth Service will be contacted. Charge will need to be paid before the young person can be booked on the next expedition. By submitting this form you agree to all the conditions stated in the expedition letter.
