Cavendish Avenue & Fairlawn Drive local vehicle exemption

  • Please use the form below to apply for a local vehicle exemption in relation to the motor vehicle prohibition in Cavendish Avenue & Fairlawn Drive. Applications will only be considered from local properties inside the eligible area

    Approved exemptions remain valid for two years after which time you may reapply for any further exemptions that you need. You must not drive through the motor vehicle prohibition unless you have received confirmation from the Council that the vehicle is exempt.

    • Please provide one of the following documents as proof of vehicle ownership (this must clearly show your name, eligible address and registration number).

      • Vehicle registration document
      • Sales invoice of the vehicle (only a formal invoice will be accepted, hand written receipts are not sufficient)
      • Valid Certificate of Insurance and policy schedule

        • If you stop living within the exemption zone
        • The exemption is no longer valid for any other reason including change or sale of vehicle
