Forms home Building Regulations – Notification of Works Commenced In accordance with Regulation 16(3C), anyone required by Regulation 12 to give a building notice or an application for building control approval with full plans (Full Plans) to carry out building work shall give the council notice that the work has reached a stage where it can be regarded as commenced for the purposes of compliance with Regulation 46A.
